LEAD TEACHER

Happy Faces Lead Teachers are the fabric behind our family atmosphere that our parents and children crave. We are looking for candidates that are willing to become part of our family and be as passionate about the growth and development of the precious children in our care as we are. Here are some of the things our Lead Teachers are responsible for: 

  • Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow teachers.
  • Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
  • Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
  • Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
  • Take time for personal development to grow in the education and care of children.
ASSISTANT TEACHER

Happy Faces Assistant Teachers not only help us care for and develop the young minds of our children, but they provide much needed support to their Lead Teachers. We are looking for candidates both full and part time that want to learn more about teaching in an early education environment and are passionate about children. Here are some of the things our Assistant Teachers are responsible for: 

  • Provide a loving and family environment for children to learn and grow.

  • Encourage positive peer interaction between children.

  • Assist with teachers/director with any activities and daily routines.

  • Be a positive role model for children, parents, and staff.
