Happy Faces Prep School is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Bear Lake area of Seminole county on the edge of Apopka and Altamonte Springs. It is close to the Forest City area. The school is located on McNeil Road just off Bear Lake Road and close to the new Teaque Middle School. Located near both Maitland Boulevard and state road 436, it is within a couple of miles of Bear Lake and Forest City Elementary Schools.

Happy Faces has been a part of this neighborhood community for over 27 years. In the last several years, Happy Faces has been recognized by Seminole County for its academic excellence. The school scored 100% on its Kindergarten Readiness Program Evaluation and the school has had top county scores on all the environmental rating scale evaluations. The school is a Florida gold seal accredited preschool and a Florida gold seal accredited School-Age program.
